The Story

Country Music Star Blake Austin (Kevin Blake Weldon) returns to his hometown of Lufkin, Texas, struggling to decide if he can part with the house he grew up in. One year after surviving a tragic car accident that claimed the lives of his parents, Blake is at a crossroads—his career, personal life, and faith are all in turmoil.

Blake’s long-time manager, Sam Showalter (Glenn Morshower), knows Blake needs a hit song to save his career but recognizes the weight of Blake’s survivor’s guilt and debilitating writer’s block. Sam urges Blake to return home, to find closure and a fresh start.

While running late to meet his realtor, Blake stops to help a homeless man and his young son. This moment sparks an unexpected journey of healing, love, and redemption. Shortly after, at a local coffee shop, Blake reconnects with childhood friend and realtor Jamie and meets Natalie Anderson, a boutique owner and single mom raising her teenage daughter, Sophia.

Blake learns about Natalie’s heartfelt Wish List fundraiser, supporting the local boys’ home where her late father was once an orphan. He offers to help, and their budding relationship begins to blossom. But trouble arises when Natalie’s obsessive ex, Wes, threatens Blake’s relationship with Natalie, his career, and the fundraiser's success.

With everything at risk, Sam connects with an old friend who makes a very generous donation for the grand prize, turning the tide of the fundraiser and paving the way for a most unexpected Christmas miracle that transforms the lives of everyone involved.
